I walked in the shoes before.Seeing a doctor and talk to people who will care about you as much as possible do.Don 't paranoid eating. If Slip one days or even seven days in the weeks do not worry! Just change it up and move toward goal.Losing weight weight, or should I say, changing eating habits is not easy for one days some.Take at a time and pace. Be sure to practice with a healthy diet!

There is no need to count calories if you have a specific goal. Just avoid fatty foods and sweets, white bread, for the exchange integral grains smaller meals and eat more often. If after one months, do you think your weight loss or gain, or by reducing the marginal power, you can adjust is actually quite simple and does not need to reiterate.

It's okay food, but do not worry or feel guilty about eating.

Many of my friends thought I would be anorexic if the same thing happened to me when I was about 13 years. I lost weight drastically and they were all very worried. I went from 98 to 82 pounds a week and a half or a few days. My friends pretty upset about it and made me eat. Now I am by what they eat consciously, eating, but still too. Now I am 5 'and I weigh 95 kilograms.

Do not worry about your appearance or feel. All teenagers feel overweight and I think it's only because all our feelings and all that is easier to feel sorry for us. And with all that super thin people on television, I am confused.

I hope you go straight!
